The bubbles will help circulate the surface water, thus creating a high surface movement. This is where any and all gas exchanges take place. The more bubbles you add will not add much, if any more. The bubbles themselves actually don't create any gas exchange. As one they are not in the water long enough. And two, with the gas exchanging at the surface with the movement they cause, they are already balanced with the gas in the water. Surface area is what it is all about. The movement of the surface water, creates a current that allows more water to move to the surface, where there is the highest contact with the gasses in the air. The gasses try to maintain an equalibrium between the water and the air.

I think I would go this way;

5 Giant Danios
6 skirt tetra
3 boesmani rainbowfish 2m and 1f (males will have more color and even flash with another male and female in the tank)
3 some other rainbow 2m and 1f
2 keyhole cichlids
2 or a pair if possible albino bristlenose plecos
6-8 corys

6-8 tiger barbs
Add the tiger barbs last. This way all the other fish have the time to learn the layout, and find any hiding places they might need. Just in case you get any fin nipping tiger barbs.
