I've never seen a harley that big - none of mine are, anyway, and they're over a year old. I think 1.5 is being generous for harleys. |

My 10 harlies range in size from .5" to 1.25" My pleco that I thought was just HUGE was 4". So eyeballing can be deceiving, use a ruler, and don't include the tail. All seven of my harlies look around 1.5 to 1.75 inches but I'm sure that they aren't that large. The next time you need to net one out, see just how small they really are. I just love my harlies. First fish in all my tanks! |
