Hello everyone, I have a small question in Regards to the breeding of Betta Splendens. Is it normal, when the male is chasing the female around, for the female to breathe heavily? or should I Separate them? Thank you very much in Advance.

It depends how long you've had them together for. After a few days, I'd remove her if she has or hasn't spawned yet. Always provide plants or objects for the female to hide in.
