my plan in my head at the moment, about an hour before i go to the shop.

either 6 khuli or horseface loaches for the bottom.

and thats the end of my plan lol >.<

i will see what takes my fancy when i get there.

dont suppose you would be intreseted in some baby mollis, they are bronze in colour and all very healthy. i dont have space for them

I guess its freshwater. How about some cories, gouramis, and some barbs or rummy nose tetras.

Maybe some loaches.

its just a bit different from the koi place, less posh and older looking really.

worth a visit though, they have alot of nice fish.

its a 125 litre tank and i have NO idea what im going to get. i have read alot of comments on here but still cant make up my mind.

cols I haven't been to chiltern aquatics, is it better than the koi karp centre. I've seen the Eden project its massive, so 4 times that size will he brilliant.

P.S what ya gettin 4 your tank + what size is it.

98.8 Acres by the conversion scale. It is still huge anyway.

On the news it said it would be the largest aquarium in the world
correct me if i'm wrong but isn't 40 hectars equivallent to 400 acres !!!!!!
I wouldn't mind a job there too. If it's up and running by 2010 i'll be 20 by then. Plenty of time to get qualifications. No offence to bedfordshire but when i heard it was being built there it was a bit of a shock. As london is usually the place to put all the really good stuff 9excluding the millenium dome)

Four times the size of Eden, NIRAH will cost £250m and employ 2,500 people.

I've been to eden and if it's four times the size of it i can't even comprehend what it will look like

I can't wait too see the amazon bit!!!!!!!!!

COOL!! I live in Baldock on the clothall common estate quite near the royston bypass.

Have you been to the Japaneese (spellin) Koi Karp centre in Henlow, its quite good. They have a nice selection of fish.

im about 10 mins away from hertfordshire.

about 5miles or so from baldock.

where are you from?

I support watford so go there every other week

This aquarium thing is going to be about 15 miles from me i think.

i think its destiny, i just have to work there!

Still i am suprised bedfordshire is chosen, we are usually overlooked for anything remotely decent by the council.

That is a huge site I assume that is the total grounds etc even then it is huge. A lot better than our Melbourne's Aquarium small corner block.

Looks like it is going to be a very nice facility. Have to put it on my to see list if I ever get to England, of course that will be after I check out Cali's Panda Fun Palace.
