At feeding time I put in two cubes of frozen brine shrimp and it seems that my tiger barbs get it all, and very little make it to the bottom to my yo-yos. How should I feed them? You can look at my tank info on my profile. Thanks ![]() MONKEYS ARE COOL, BUT SEA-MONKEYS ARE BETTER. |

If I was doing something wrong those huge 18+yld Clown Loaches never complained. With the frozen food dissolve it first (I use a plastic cup) and spread it over half the front of the tank. Also at every feed I break up some algae wafers and also spread them around. And I always feed my top swimming fish first, then drop in the pellets quickly after so the fish are too busy to be bothered. For bloodworms I usually drop in 2 cubes frozen and they soon sink in a clump to the bottom for the bottom feeders. Algae wafers I break in peices and spread over the tank in different areas. If your loaches are fat and healthy, they are finding food somewhere and I wouldnt worry. My Yoyo loaches also come to the surface when the other fish are done and scavenge leftovers in the plants and such that the other fish missed.
