What type of Gourami's & Tetra's?.
Add more Corydoras to make a good school.
I think that the Clown Loaches will get too big for your tank.

wouldnt adding more cories overstock the bottom?

i have WCMMs and cardnial tetras (i only have 3 cardnials, the others died cuz i didnt do that "water in bag" method)

Tetra's need to be in school's & Add more Corydoras & delete the Yoyo or Clown Loaches.

yeah, you can take them to a LFS or give them to your friends, family etc. Or better yet, buy another tank.
It's always best to keep schooling fish in proper sized schools (6+).

And the clowns will need a larger tank when they're fully grown.

The only fish there's really a problem with is the clown loaches and then you need to fill out the schools. You should be able to keep 1 school of small loaches and 1 school of cories. The clowns really don't belong in that tank. I would suggest returning them or getting a bigger tank. You also need 6 cories of the same type and 6 tetras of the same type to keep them healthy and happy. For smaller cories such as pandas they would prefer a group of more like 8-10. The loaches would also prefer 6 of each kind if you can find more yoyos. If the gouramis aren't mixed now I would be careful. It depends on each gouramis personality but in a 55g they may end up picking on each other. I would return the white clouds. They are actually a cold water fish and while not a tetra species would also prefer company. If you returned them you could get at least 3 cardinals but more would be better. What species is the pleco? If it's a common it's very likely it will outgrow that tank and I would trade it in for something like a bristlenose.
