the oldest fish i have are my silvertip tetras that i got when i first started the hobby.

I think they're 3 years old at the end of the year.

I think my snakeskin gourami is at least seven years old... Possibly older.

I've owned him for three years, and when I bought him, he was at the store because somebody had him for years and didn't want him anymore (so they just dropped him off at the store).

When the lady was bagging him up, she was like, "Are you sure you want that one? He's really old. We have younger ones". Well, he still looks as healthy and strong as the day I bought him (only about 1.5" longer).

Oh, and there are several fish at the Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco that are over 100 years old, and were there when the aquarium first opened in the early 1900s.

Umm This is a guess.. but I think 2 of my bettas are about 5 months old..

i have a lungfish which is 5 years

My oldest fish is nearly a year old. I got it just after I started fish keeping.

My albino oscar is 5 years old. and this from the time i started to care abot my fish.

Well i have a goldfish thats about 2 years old, the first six months i kept figh i killed them all

My pair of convicts, pleco, and giant danio are all about 3 or 4 years old

You have any fish that is old?
Seens i just started fishkeeping a year ago i don't have old fish.
I think my Hoplo is the oldest one..1 year old.
The oldest fish that i know of is the Australian lungfish..he is 65 years old....here is a link.

I've got a 5+ year old pleco.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

I have some Corydoras that are 3/4 years old.

i have a 7-9 year old clown knife, and a 8 year ID shark, 8 year parrot, and a snakeskin gourami is up there.

About a 2 year old Royal Plec, though I can't be sure of the age since I bought it at 6". :%)

I have two angel fish that are getting up there I want to say almost three years old. I have a 4 year old BA tetra

1 common pleco, 2 clown loaches, 4-5 cories, 2 kuhlii loaches

all 15-16 years old.

(my dad got them when i was 1 year old.. and im 17 now)
