with regular budget

That's not really a term that means a lot to much of the fishkeeping community. Some people spend thousands on their tank(s).

I don't know exactly what you are looking for but I can share with you that sand is not the bet substrate to plant in. From what I understand, it is difficult to fert and the fish have a tendancy to uproot the plants. I hope this helps.

Certainly plenty. Compression can cause lack of airation, it can/will cut up impellars, can get very dirty quickly and become difficult to keep clean

Plants that are planted into the sand have very little chance of surviving and growing into healthy plants.

Regular budget? How much do you call a regular budget then a few $$$ or hundreds of $$$

Every one sees their tank as beautiful but to get it to the "beautiful" you want and not a high rate it comes down to money and time.

I tank with very simple aquscaping can be extremly beautiful again this requires $$$ and experience or help from experienced aquscapers.

After reading this exactly what do you require and how much time, effort, and money are you prepared to spend.

There is plenty help here just be more specific.
