Rookie_Boy,

I think it would be ok to use MelaFix on the fish you mention, just don't overdose.

The real question though is:

Why?

Beacause the female of 2 dwarf gourami I have. she has an hole in her side and And and the muscles, meat, seems to be pushing + trying to get out, + her fins are torn after she had a fight with my male dwarf gourami.

If not supposed to use melafix,
then what should i use?

Melafix and Pimafix would be good assuming there is no infection as of yet.

It will be fine, like said before make sure not to overdose, and keep a close eye on your fish during the process.
