 | Keeping brackish water puffers together |
Kelly Hobbyist Posts: 103 Kudos: 48 Votes: 24 Registered: 06-May-2005   | Is it ok to keep those brackish water puffer fish together? I heard they don't like tank mates and get nippy or something. And what size of tank would I need for just 1? |

pufferpunk Big Fish Posts: 462 Kudos: 395 Votes: 0 Registered: 21-Feb-2003 | If started out as juvies, they can be brought up together. I have 2 adult GSPs & a Ceylon puffer living together. They need at least 30g each as adults & a visually complex tank. With puffers though, you never know when you'll get a mean one that should be kept singly. |
