Even if they look different, will they still interbreed? I have turquoise rainbows right now. We have these other rainbows at work, simply labled 'Australian Rainbowfish'. I've looked and looked through all the species but can't seem to find out what they actually are. They are still small, but they look pretty much just yellowy.

Anyways, would the yellowy rainbows breed with the turquoise?

i think they would. i have mixed types in my tank, and at one point i thought my male AUS rainbow was going to breed with my boeseman rainbows,

if they are small i think u are ok, there are other issues involing this topic, that i dont genrally agree with, so we will leave it there.

Rainbow hybrids are pretty rare. They will often spawn together but the eggs nearly always fail to hatch. They have more genetic variability than most might realise, despite the body types being very similar. One of the advantages of keeping rainbows is that desperate males will attempt to breed even with species that are not their own, this leads to some unwanted attention, but most females will eventually lay some eggs , and this does help to stop them getting egg bound, but as I say , the eggs almost never hatch.
