A 10 gal is way bigger than a goldfish bowl, so obviously you can have way moregoldfish in it. Come on? What's the worse that can happen? :%)

Disclaimer:For those new to the hobby or the site, this post is obviously a joke, albeit a bad one.

Seriously though, I'd go for the Endler habitat. It'd be nice to breed some considering how last time I heard, they may be extinct in the wild...]

I would definity use it to raise guppies. You could always sell whatever you cannot keep.

Voted for the endlers. I haven't any at this time, but I'm thinking of getting some of the little buggers the more I read up about them.

endlers are nice, or you could have a betta community tank.

What else but a breeding and nursery tank for your Corydoras habrosus???

Pop in a forest of Java Moss, a decent aeration system so that they have bubbles a plenty to dive-bomb, feed lots of live food and let your habrosus compete with my Pandas

How about a breeding pair of angelfish? ...ok, ok, only kidding...going on a road trip Saturday. Check out Aquarium World and maybe go back to the store that has the endlers.

I voted to put 500 million goldfish in it...but you can just put two guppies in there and begin removing 500 million guppies per day...

PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread.

Well, our Life Skills class finally had enough of one child terrorizing the tank, and trying to catch the fish, with whatever came to handso they drained the tank, gave the fish away, and gave me the tank

So tonight I will be taking home a "new" 10 gallon tank

What I'm thinking is putting it beneath my 29 gallon, where the stand has a "storage" type shelf, I'm fairly sure it will hold the weight, as it is the same thing that the top shelf is made of...so the question is...what to do with it when I clean it up...

A 10g planted Endler's tank looks great (since that's what I have ) Besides the Endler's I have a group of pygmy cories and two otos. Really a nice tank They will fill it up quickly though!

Put 500 million Goldfish in it

Nah, how about a pair of oscars?

Endlers! They're about the only livebearer I'd consider keeping but they don't seem to exist here.

Voted for: Endler's

Guppies are fun, but I think Endler's are harder to get your hands on (at least, it is around here), and so you could feasibly make some sort of profit off of the idea. Plus... yay for tiny lil Endlers! They're fun and colorful and they'd look great in a species tank.

I voted for raising guppy fry. It's so neat watching they grow. I'm raising some in my 15 at the moment, and they're just starting to get their colors!
P.S. don't ever say "keep 1000's of goldfish" in the forums....not that I really give a hoot, but you can really light a fire underneath someone's be-hind because they say you need a large tank for them to grow
Hey, I've lighted some fires of my own in here....just don't want you to get reamed!

I've got a fever... and the only prescription... is more cowbell!

Voted for Springtime

No...okay voted for endlers cooler than guppies.....although if you need the room for the guppies use it for that....

Shellies! they're cute....

If you do go with the gold fish you'll need someone to handle all that extra waste because it's gonna create an algae issue....25 plecos should do you nicely. And to contrast all the gold color go with some silver sharks...but they're schooling so you'll need a few dozen.*
