Two of my tanks are in quite a state of disarray. The 29 has a school of flames, some black neons, 2 white clouds, corys, 1 balloon molly, guppies of all sizes, and a school of Harlequin Rasboras. In the 10 is a small gourami, some miniscule danios, and 4 of the possibly the smallest albino tiger barbs ever(1 inch). I know the ten is pushing it but I also have another 10 that is set up but empty. I would like to add an angel or another UNUSUAL fish (knife) that would be the centerpiece. What do you suggest for me to do with all these aquariums. Feel free to add any other fish that you feel would be complementary to the others but please try to include all the previouys mentioned ones.

Knife fish get too big, I wouldnt' suggest even thinking about one unless you have bigger tank plans real soon. Angels need tall tanks with 10 gallons of the space given to just them, 29 is often given as a minimum but I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable with them in that sized tank.
Even with the tiger barbs being small, IMO they need much more swimming space than you're giving them, they'd do better in even a 20.

umm. a angel would need more than 10 gallons. if u can move most of the fish in the 29 to the ten or wat not. and put a black ghost or angel in the 29. How ever the black ghost needs to have a tank with larger fins not with tetras. b/c it has been known that black ghost will eat eyes of smaller fish.

The tiger barbs are going to a 55 soon along with the gourami but for now what do you think I should do?
