Ok, I got a webpage setup for my tank, the one cory in question is the one that is spotted actually the first picture on the photo gallery, but not the peppered one, he is distinctly peppered. I think the two albies are the same spiecies they said they were so... i can only assume. I am not sure where this would go in the fourms but i wanted to share my tank with all of you! Comments are very much welcome.

The first catfish is Corydoras sodalis, see [link=this]http://fishprofiles.com/files/forums/Bottom%20Feeder%20Frenzy/65545.html?200510232228" style="COLOR: #808080[/link] thread for more info. The two albinos are both Corydoras aeneus, and the final cory is C. paleatus. Each of these is at least moderately easy to obtain.

It looks like you are going to eventually have to move some of the fish out, since you've got a lot of them in there and some will get a good deal larger than their current size. Are you prepared for this? It's always a good idea to have plans in advance.

Nice tank. It would look a little better with a background and a few more plants, though.

Not bad, not bad. Are all those plants live?

I'd recommend getting a solid color backround, but that's just my opinion . Makes it look better.

Hehe….I got the background today! I also rescued another Aeneus, baby, he’s barely big enough to be taken off smaller foods and he’s a .25". I have yet to ID him from the large pet store. He was alone, sad, and fins looked nipped at as well. I have looked around and I think that he may be an Agassizii or maybe a Leucomelas. I took the Pleco out today because he was heck on the new shoots. I haven’t bought anymore plants since I got a bunch that were rooting. I clipped and replanted them,… so, I am playing the waiting game. I put the plants on hold till I can buy a few 24 inch shop lights. I can put 20w grow lamps in, so that I can have proper lighting, but I am going to have to buy them as a pair at a later time and until I can spend the $160 all at once for the lights (and the new hood).

So, I will use the ones I have to propagate water plants in the future… so, I will only have to buy ten gallon tanks and just have them all on one sump. The three Otocinclus are replacing the 4-5 inch Pleco. I will be taking more pictures in a minute so that I can identify them. I was not sure on the Albinos because I read there can be other species that are also considered Albino. I was going to ID the one I was unsure about (mentioned above) once I get a better picture, so that I could use it to compare.

As for my plan to split the 18/20 gallon….I may end up with an 18 gallon and move the Tetras. I now have seven Pristellas (5 which are gold and 2 that are not), 2 Rummies, and three Aeneus. The new one, (mentioned above) will be going into the tank and I will add three Otocinclus after I have grown a little algae. I think the ed finned Shark will all go into the 18/20.

Yeah fishnewbie, the plants are all alive except the pink one (that’s only there for my daughter) and will probably remain till I get enough lighting for some flowering plants.

Am I looking at it right or is he laying on his side? did you pull him out or did he roll over for you?

I mean if he rolled to his side for you, he's worth his weight in gold!

Anyone have a bead on the cory I have yet to get a firm ID on, he is the one that looks kinda like a panda but he has spots in the pictures...

One of my favorites that I have is the one of the baby albino grooming the top of that plant. He is new and already he makes me coo, I am trying to get a picture of him"it" with the one it tags along with it is ultra cute reminds me of whales.

Are you talking about the Corydoras in [link=this]http://www.cityofmist.com/halls/aquarium/pages/DSC00151.html" style="COLOR: #808080[/link] picture? That appears to be C. leucomelas.
