| My clams had babies!!! | |

But how they can have babies is kinda strange since I have not kept my clams in the best condition, heck its not even good. I kept my clams in a wet/dry filter all under the media and bio-balls hoping they would clean my water, amazingly they survive very well and even have fry. Fry are happy with their home, amazing how hardy these clams really are. heres are some of the pics of the clams http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/auction/auction.cgi?fwinverts&1109397424 |

These can be problematic in an aquarium with fish. Some of them have larvae that are secondarily parasitic on fishes. Parasitic stage is known as a Glochidium. Yours aren't one of these by any chance? |
