Angel welcome to FP...is there anyway you can post a picture of it? We really need to be able to see a picture to have any hope of identifying it. Posting it to photobucket would work, or send it to me, and I can post itI'm thinking you should treat it with melafix, and that should help. Heidi

Hmmmmmmm.... there are lots of possible answers.... could be a bala shark, silver dollar, etc...... maybe if you could even describe its behaviour may be of some help for us to identify it. But anyway, a photo would be better. Jaylene.

Aww... and here I was going to throw in a random guess for pearl danio. We had one of those (slipped in with a bunch of zebras) when I was like, ten... Glad to see someone knew what they were and you didn't have to believe my 14-year-old memories.

They are cute lil things, though, aren't they?

The picture I provided has really crappy lighting from the back, which is why they look that way. It was the best picture I could find that clearly demonstrated the shape of the fish, however.

But I am sure that your fish are feeder rosy minnows.

They are a captive-developed strain of the fathead minnow (Pimephales promelas), which is native to North America. They are often used as fishing bait and feeder fish (hence the name), but their mild personalities, small size, hardy nature, and overall "cuteness" makes them excellent aquarium fish as well.
