Because they also love to school, they need a pretty big tank. I would think that your angels ARE your centerpiece fish. They're large, rather slow-moving, and out during the day. After you find the silver dollars a bigger home somewhere, perhaps you'd want to add a couple schools of something nice? Like 6-8 small cories and 6-8 rummynose tetras/ harly rasboras/ pretty much any other tetra.Last edited by Janna at 19-Jan-2005 00:05 They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver, So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces. |

They're also schooling fish. And yes, your 2 angels should be your centerpiece Find the silver dollars a good, larger home, then fill out you tank with a pair of dwarf cichlids (rams, kribs, apistogrammas...) a dwarf gourami, a school of tetras, a school of rasboras, corys, a small pleco (bristle nose, rubber nose, clown...), small loaches (yoyos, skunk, red tail...), a school of small rainbow fish (dwarf neons, celebese...), non nippy barbs (gold, cherry...), the list goes on. What do YOU like? Of course all the abovce listed fish cannot fit in your tank, you'll have to pick and choose. Let us know what strikes your fancy and report back.HTH |
