it is not a good chocice, firebelly frogs leave off toxins in the water that could kill off all your fish including itself, other types of frogs would need land, along with the newt any forg/newt has a chance of eating one of your fish

I would leave it an only fish tank & maybe add some other fish with the ones you chosen.
