please help me figure out what to feed the little guys! i have no definate idea, but its either threadfins or zebra danios, i just cleaned out the tank and put those fish in a 20 long (taken from a 20 high) i added 3 fish from the 55 gallon to the tank, looked in on them to be suure they were ok, and i saw a little speck..i htough..no it cant be..i looked closer and i freaked! lol so i have caught 4 fry, and they are just hatching or just shortly after because they arnt even all free swimming yet! the fish added to the tank are all..i hope.. too big to see or care about the little fry, but i just opened up my fry net that i bought months back for a just in care situation..well now im glad i did! i see 1 fry sitting on a leaf, and 2 fry in the 1 gallon tank i put the filter pad in, and spotted 1 fry in the filter thus far, none of those are free swimming yet, oh, yea, i tore the filter apart lol well sort of lol but i am so excited! now i wont be able to fall to sleep! oh yea..its 2 am right now lol...oh, can i feed them de-shelled brine shrimp eggs? i cant find my first bites, but i suppose i can look harder lol

You could try the brine shrimp eggs, they like baby brine shrimp. Since its 2 in the morning, you wont be able to get real fry food now, so a makeshift think you could do if you would like is to take adult flake food, put it in a plastic bag, and grind it up into a fine, fine powder. I recommend going out tomorrow and getting a small package of frozen baby brine shrimp, hatching your own brine shrimp, or getting some fry flake food. Good luck with them!

You can crush any foods you have in a food processor & them feed them the powdered bits.

For fry i recommend, Microworms & Live Brine Shrimp.
