I have a 37G witha Fluval 4, stocked with
2 dwarf gouramis
7 Guppies
6 neon tetras
6 Bronze cories
Just want to know if it is overstocked. If it is, I'll give the guppies or tetras to a good LFS.

It sounds like a nice tank

The dwarf gouramis might take care of fry...even the guppies themselves depending on hiding places in the tank.

I would even go as far as saying it's a bit understocked.

Hehe you have enough filteration. If you have live plants and you are good with water changes you may be able to squeeze a fish or 2 in there.

I think that's a good amount.

You can probably add 1 more tetra and 1 more cory. Then i'll leave it like that.

The tank sounds nice.

Phew, thanks! I was thinking of adding 1 or 2 more neons to the shoal. I'll get some pics as soon as I borrow a good camera.

You are not overstocked & yes, you can add 2 more Neons.
Are the Guppy's, males or females?, but your Dwarf Gourami will keep them under control.
