Probably the easiest would be wisteria, and/or anacharis. They can be rooted or just left to float in the tank. If you have only a watt of light per gallon then floating would be best. If you have over 1 watt/gallon, then you can root them or leave them float. If you leave them as floating plants, they will take their nutrients directly from the water and will help control the nitrates and nutrients within the tank.
