Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I've posted, but I check in every now and then. I'm hoping someone can help me on a few questions.

I was given a pair of ADF as a gift. They came in a small cube, it holds around 16 ounces of water. So I'm putting them in a 10 gallon tank. Here are my questions:

What would be compatable to keep with them? Would shrimp work?

Would the bamboo plant that's in the cube that came with the frogs die if planted in the 10g fully submerged? Right now the top is above the surface.

And I set the tank up, taking gravel and the media filters and the sponge from my established tank, it's been running for 48 hrs and all the parameters are good. Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates 3.0. Is the tank ready to use based on that? Thanks for your help.

Bamboo is not a true aquatic plant. If submerged it will die. Only the "roots" should be in water.

Are the frogs truly Dwarf frogs or possibly Clawed frogs? If they are clawed they will grow kinda big and eat whatever they can catch. If they are really dwarf frogs, I still wouldn't think that shrimp are safe from becoming a snack.

Since you have seeded the tank with established media, I would say give it a week. If the parameters haven't spiked in that time, you are good to go.
