Today I noticed a funny dead fish smell in the 5ft tank and I could not find any thing at all. Again later today I had another smell and it was still there. I looked around the side of the tank and saw this big "thing"
Yes it was the largest of the Clowns. I think I have had him/her for well over 10 years, possibly 15 years. Naturally it is impossible to measure in the tank and my guess was about 6-7ins. Shock Horror 8ins tip to tip.

Wife said better get some more then.

Guess what I am buying in a few days time. Not a baby ones either.

Keith

15 years is damn long (not to mention the time prior to it being in your possession)--recalling your previous posts on the matter, I am sure it enjoyed a long and fruitful life. Have fun with your new clowns .

Keith,

Sorry about your Clown Loach

You had it for over 10 years. That is just wonderful. I am sure he had a very nice life in your tank.

And I am sure that the next one(s) will enjoy similar conditions, if not even better ones

Have fun,

Ingo

So sorry about the CL Keith. That's really sad news.
Go out & get some more & i'm certain that they'll enjoy your tank & your daily meals.

I'd really like to see a mature clown on someones hand for comparison purposes... that fish is stunning but that big would be something wonderful to look at!

naturally you wanna react and feel bad for the poor fish. ARE YOU NUTTS! have you seen keiths tanks !? that fish lived better in that tank then any fish in the wild. prolly ate better then most humans do. that fish was a god and keith was his servant lol. the only reason you should feel sorry for the fish is fish heaven could possably fall short in comparison to the 15 yrs in keiths tank.

sorry for your loss keith

Sorry for your loss Keith, you must be cut.

I also have to say, that it is nice to hear about a fish that has passed on because of old age, that has had a long and healthy life!!

oh keith:#(i'm so sorry:#( I know how hard it is to lose a fishy, especially one you've had for a long time...but, as it's been said he lived a good life, and i'm sure he was happy till the end...enjoy the new ones, and you have a good wifey to think like that heidi
