OK It looks as though I'll be reshuffling everyone in my house soonthis should give me a reason to get off my rear and get things done for sure...

Here is the plan as I am trying to make it...or so I think

20 gallon long:
White Mollies with Scwartzi corries this will work right?

29 gallon:
Guppies (all of them, except those Mrs. Tanker is going to take, and those the lfs is going to get sooner than they think), with of course some corries, Albinos maybe, not sure, may skip them all together, we will see...

20 gallon regular:
oh wow, this one will be openI thinkcome back to it

55 gallon (it's gonna get resealed by someone who knows what they are doingthanks tanker

I want to move the stock of the 125 to it, I think
22 Neons
10 Glow Light Neons
6 Harlequin Rasboras
2 Emperor Tetras
1 Betta Boy (Lucky)
2 Guppies (I think or they may go back to the 29
Corries
Is that it

OK now for the 125 I'll be taking on some of Tanker's stockheck I'm game as long as they don't eat the tank and destroy it What of this I don't know, Convicts, Green Terrors, Jack Dempseys Which could I get? Who would have the best personalities? Who isn't going to rip my hands off when I put them in? Substrate will the that gravely sand stuff...with 75 lbs of Texas Holey Rock Available and Drift wood...

Any ideas? Would I be best to leave well enough alone and put something in the 55? Oh and what about my 2 Albino BNs where should they go? And what about my 4 Clown Loaches? They are about 3 inches long now...

I'll also have 2 spare 10 gallons, spare as in nothing in them, or one has Psycho in it, but she's soon to go somewhere else, I thinkAnother tank that is

OK Suggestions? Comments? I'll be putting a Canister on the 55, but have to go shopping for it, probably an Occeanic 4 or something equivalent...not an Eheim

Don't put the BNs in with the cichlid tank. The empty 20g would be okay for them. Especially if they are a pair. If not move each one to a different tank.

Well, for the BNs... have to agree, if you've got the makings of a breeding pair, set up the 20 gallon for them. Maybe transfer in the glowlights to fill in the upper ranges of the tank.

I think all of those fish would look spectacular against dark foliage... my thoughts are that anubias would be a gerat choice. It's supremely hardy, easy to care for, and doesn't have high light requirements. The leaves are hardy enough to sustain a beating from any clumsy BN, and they aren't eaten by any fish that I can think of. They're slow growers, but quite lovely... one of my fav plants, really.

Only downside is that they can be a bit more expensive. I've seen them for anywhere upwards of five bucks to around 10-12 bucks a pop. If you find any cheap, snatch them up... they're great plants, especially for those who aren't very experienced with plants. All you have to remember is not to bury the rhisome in the gravel, and in fact, you can attach it to driftwood or rocks for an appealing effect.

Hang on, lemme grab the addy for my prefered online plant source, they've got anubias of various types, and for fairly cheap. [link=Aquatic Plant Depot]http://www.aquaticplantdepot.com/" style="COLOR: #00A0AE[/link]

Are just moving the tanks around for something to do? Why dont you get rid of a lot of those smaller tanks and get a big tank far less work easer to manage and can be made to look very spectactular. Just think how many divisions you could put into a 6ft tank full of Bettas.

No, I'm not bored, but kind of wanting to get some of the green terrors and/or convicts that Tanker has...which gives me a reason to move/shift everyone around...But, now it's looking like I'm definately going to have to get another "larger" tank at least another 55 though 75 or 100 would be preferredI kind of found something at the fish auction this morning/afternoon that I know won't be able to stay in the 10 gallon they are in for the momentSo I am planning on going to the lfs close by where I got my 125 in February and checking out where the tanks are made, as it is somewhere local, and calling them to see if they will sell tanks to us normal folksI figure the worse thing that they can say is no, and then I see about pleadingif that doesn't work I go back to the lfs and get another tank from thembecause I know the Pseudotropheus Acei I got today will outgrow that 10 gallon way too soon

So I've added an extra kink, now I need room for another Mbuna tank

And no Keith I don't want to imagine creating another set of tank dividers, least of all for a 6ft tank:%)though it would make life simpler on water changes...but I've got it down pretty good nowas long as I remember to not leave the python head on the bed when I reverse flow
