They are killing my Swords, has anybody else had problems with this?

Are you sure you have real Siamese algae eaters? I've heard that they are completely peaceful, and don't harm other fish.

Chances are that you have either a Chinese algae eater or a flying fox. Both of these fish look somewhat similar to the SAE (the flying fox more so), and both will become aggressive. Your best hope is to remove the fish from your tank, as they get meaner with age.
