Platys get too big for a 10g tank. I believe Pepper Corys are also too big at 3-4 inches for a 10g tank. Sticking with a smaller variety would be wiser: C. Hasbrosus C. Aggassizi C. Ambiacus C. Panda Those are all smaller corys suited to a 10g tank. A really neat fish for a 10g tank is Threadfin Rainbowfish. Pencilfish are also very cool. That should be great for a beginning like yourself. You won't have a problem with feeding as these fish eat almost anything. Plus the Guppies will add some bright colors to the tank. |
