Just to say thanks for replies to last posting.I hav so far stocked with
3 ottos 6 conga tetra
3 bronze cats 6 hatchets
12 neon tetras 14white tip tetra
5 male gupies
I intend to get a pair of bristle nosed cats when a locall supplyer get some in.I was wondering on suggestions on a center peice attraction for this type of stocked tank something eye catching but not overpowering I was thinking maybe discus but not sure.

Discus would be great and then also get some Red Torpedo (Denisonii Barbs) if you can, great colouration on them and a school of 6 of them qould be awesome especially with the discus

Diskus or Angels are a great choise. You can also add another 3 Corydoras to make them a school of 6.

I'd bump up the cory school right away.

Discus are quite a challenge to keep at times, and I would not recommend them unless you are up for it. They need their water to be nearly perfect in order to thrive, you can't make mistakes with these guys.

That's roughly 138 American gallons...def enough room for discus if you want to keep them.

Other centerpiece fish I normally recommend wouldn't be of much "center" in a tank that big. And a lot of cichlids would eat those neons right up.
