I'm thinking about ordering two freshwater stingrays, can't remember what they are. I know they are not teacups. My tank is 110 gallons and I have a silica sand substrate. (pool filter sand) My lfs has stated they will eat ghost shrimp. Is that right. I always thought they ate cut up fish from market or something.
Help me out.
The tank has been cycled with plec*s that will be taken out when the stings arrive!

Earthworms, Bloodworms, Blackworms. Chop them all up and mix them together. Then freeze them in cubes. This way, you can just pop a few in every day.

Meat. These fish are pretty messy and require a clean tank, though so watch out. I also hear they eat quite a lot to be in top condition.

Stuffed prawns, earthworms, and silversides are what I recall using. I'm sure they would except other seafood as well, for I have heard of owners spending more money conditioning their rays than tey do on their own meals.
