Do you have plans on increasing the schools? Do they rummy noses get big enough to not be a snack for the angels?

20 Gallon Long:
Aquaclear 300
2 Bolivian Rams, Mikrogeophagus altispinosus: Gumby and Pokey

Rummy-nose are fine with angels. The stocking sounds good, but maybe see how the angels go, or take the number down to a pair or 2 pairs.

Yes, i will take the Angels out when they grow big & get some smaller ones.
The Rummynose Tetras are big enough, not to be eaten by the Angels.

Wow, that's a lot of tetras... I bet it would look really cool.
As for the angels, if there were fewer tetras, I'd say go for the big group, but with so many other fish in the tank, (even a big tank like that) I'd be worried that the Angels will be nervous and territorial. I've seen pictures of big tanks with lots of angels in them, but one thing I notice about these tanks is that there aren't many other fish in there with them--usually just one or two schools of small fish and that's it.
I'd give it a try with the angels, and if you run into problems, have a plan to remove some of them.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

i was advised a while back by a very good local lfs that the best thing to do with angels is buy a group of juveniles and let them pair up naturally. then once you have 1 or 2 established pairs remove the rest.

Yes, i know that 6 Angels is alot, but they are still small. I got 6 & let them pair off & i will only leave 2 pairs & give away the other 2 Angels.

its actually 95US G. 380 divided by 4 (4 litres in a gallon).

Sounds find to me Jason!
I would add 3 more black skirts though, and 2 more
of each kind of cory.
But thats just me.
I bet it looks impressive! I love tetras.

I wish I could find that many Rummynoses around here...

I also wish I could have a 100g tank...that would be awesome.

I'm sure all those rummies will look great.

Yes, i would like to get 2 more Julii & Trilineatus Corydoras, but it's not easy to get them here. It's more easy with the Albino type & i'll get more very soon.

The Black Skirts where rescued from a friends tank & i don't wish to add more, as i prefer to add more Rummynose Tetras instead.
