I have had a problem with my 29 gallon tank being overcrowded ever since I took some fish off my friends hands to save their lives. Now I finally have someone that will take all the fish I dont want. What I am wondering is what should I get rid of? Or if I get rid of enough, what sshould I add? In my 29 gallon tank, I currently have 4 silver hatchet(which I would like to keep all), 2 Australian rainbow fish(which I would like to keep), 2 glass catfish(I think I want to get rid of), 1 upside down catfish(I would like to try to keep but wont bake my heart if he has to go), 1 rubber lipped pleco(Might want to keep...might want to get rid of), 2 green cory cats(I think I want to get rid of these cories and get 4-5 of a different species), and 6 fiddler crabs(these dont cause any problems and theyre a joy to watch, so I want to try to keep them, atleast most of them). If I get rid of enough, I was thinking about getting....maybe some lemon tetra, or something similar. I want a mid level, active, schooling fish that wont harass my other fish. Sorry this is so long, but I really need some help. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Fish CAN fly!

Get rid of the cories, rid of the glass catfish. Then you can maybe keep the upside down catty depending on how big he is... they can get pretty big. Then add 3-5 hatchets.....then ur all set

How would it be if I were to get rid of 2 green corys, 2 glass catfish, and 1 upside down catfish? I could then get 3 or 4 different types of cories...

Corydoras like to stay in schools of at least 6 from the same species.

Why don't you keep these:- 4 Silver Hatchets, 2 Australian Rainbows, 2 Green Corydoras & add 4 more.
