Out of those choices, I would have a bunch of schoolers. However, in real life, I'd have different sizes of fish that inhabit different strata, so it wouldn't be as boring as a bunch of schools.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

A school (of Cyprichromis leptosoma) and a breeding group (of N. multifasciatus or N. similis). Of course, the Cyps would breed as well, and you'd soon have two thriving colonies. Ah, I wish I had a tank like that ... wait, I do.

i'd say get a school or two and then get some bigger fish too, like a couple cichlids.

make sure to cover all the strata tho, so you don't have a big empty area in the tank.

what is the tank size, 55+ well, use ur best judgement, a 55 wouldn't be enough for an adult oscar.

To clarify if you could only have one of these group what would you have-no mixing types.
The Guppy bleeding tank is so you could keep all the babies and have a tank full of Guppies.
The 55+ was just as an example- you could have a 180 gallon+ if you wanted.

The bleeding tank....HAHA!!!

Sorry, but that just struck me as REALLY funny for some reason....hehe.

I have yoyo loaches, albino zebra danios, and original color tiger barbs in my 55. The tigers chase the danios, and the yoyo's chase the barbs.... makes for an interesting sight!!

Hey, I just realized I never gave my vote. I like tanks full of small schooling fish. Whats cooler than tons of colorful Tetras actively swimming around the whole tank.
