The eggs hatched!! Well, I then figured that since most rams have lost their parenting skills that they wouldn't take care of the fry and just leave them to die. They didn't!! The parents were actually pretty good to the fry. The female did a lot of defending while the male tended to the fry, backwards from what I expected but whatever works. Anyway, I'm wonder if I should let them breed a few more times, or change them over to a breeding tank? |

The choice seems obvious to me ![]() |

They are very good parents, as they raised the fry, but a breeding tank would be better, as the fry can survive more, without other fish chasing them. http://www.deathbydyeing.org/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
