Would this be overstocked for my 75g.
8 diamond tetras
7 lemon tetras
3 festivum
2 bolivian rams
1 royal plec (4in)

That is what I currently have I want to add this
1 Angelfish
6 Black neons
6 cories
Then maybe 1 BN

I have a fluval 404 and AC 300. I may add a AC 500 too.

it doesnt sound overstocked to me, but how big to festums get?

yea that sounds fine.. should be right at it.. no more then that..

you will have to do water changes more often though

oh and festivums get 7 inches max

Water changes are nothing on this tank. They're so easy I don't mind them. The royal plec will most likely be moved to a bigger tank or sold off pretty soon.

I also think it's Ok, but the Royal Pleco has to be moved very soon & keep the water changes regularly.

That looks fine, but I'd actually add more cories. That's a big tank, and it has lots of bottom space. The more cories that are in there, the happier they'll be. I'd go with at least eight, regardless of which species you buy.
