Hum... quite a load you have there for such a small tank, especially considering that you will add 4 more fish early next year. I realise that you have top of the line filtration but even considering that, I would not add more fish in there.

Just my opinion.

I have to aggree, it looks to me like your fully loaded now, and definitely fully loaded with the additions you will already be adding.

As for what fish to get? I would say Rainbows. They would look awesome in that tank. But, I would get rid of some fish first;
Get rid of the SAEs, as the plecos are probably taking all the algea, and they will look for food elsewhere as they grow larger. Maybe even the sides of any fish they can grab onto.
I would down size my school of guoramis. As they take up a lot of the upper and middle areas that you are thinking of adding more fish for.
I know the clowns are great fish, but I would downsize that school by 1-2 fish as well. A school of 5-6 fish instead of 7 fish will do just as fine.

Also, I would not add 3 pictus cats, as they are more solitary animals. It is a misconception that they like to school. When they become more full grown you will see them fighting over hiding places and food.

(I did not realize the 3 part of your post the first time I read it)
