Yes, it looks like a good Asian "biotope" (though a true biotope would also take into consideration plant life and other factors, not just the fish life). But if there is any fish that you could include that wasn't Asian, the Royal Plec is awesome, though also a fish taht will get potentially enormous...

Ah, well with the 125 gal you should be fine. However, if you feed a Royal really good it can grow more just a little more quickly than "slow".
