Hmm, I think a 29 gallon is on the small side for any type of shark, unless I'm forgetting a species.

In a 29g tank, you could put any of the following,
but only 1, (not 1 of each):
Red Tail Black Shark
Rainbow Shark (reg or albino)
Stone Lapping Barb (garra cambodgiensis)
Flying Fox (epalzeorhynchus kallopterus)

1 of any of the above species would be fine in a 29g tank, with adequate hiding spaces (make the caves larger as the shark grows).
I would highly recommend the Stone Lapping Barb,
they are very peaceful, very active, and not very
aggressive to other fish or conspecifics.
They are also slightly smaller, at around 4-5 inches
for mature specimens. You could then add a school of dither fish to go along with the Stone Lapper.
Heres a pic of mine enjoying his/her zuchinni.
Its name is Foxx, Ive had it for about 3 years now,
and he/she is about 3 inches long. I dont think its going to get any bigger, or not much.

I did want to do something as far as cave work but now that you guys are saying that the sharks wouldnt do all to well in that size tank, what would you suppose would be a cool type of fish to put in a tank....cuz if i couldn't have a few sharks in one tank then i wanted to do an aggressive/breeding tank. Any ideas?

Two schools of Tetra's would do great in a 29 gal. tank.

if you're going to do a cave theme, i would HIGHLY recommend some cichlids. smaller ones that would fit in the 29 gallon would be kribs, rams, keyholes, appistogrammas... basically anything that stays about 5-6" and under... you could even try firemouths or acaras, but that would be pushing it. i have a female krib in my 29gallon, and she loves any sort of cave. cichlids, in my opinion are the most interesting fish to watch in caves. i find that sharks will go in a cave but just lie there, cichlids will go from cave to cave and move around within their cave...

Bolivian Rams are very easy to breed and
super colorful.
Heres a pic of one of my females with eggs
in my 75g community tank:

And the largest male:
