they could be biting eachother, or fin rot. if those are the only fish then, they are not getting fin nipped, by fin nipping fish.

Could be several reasons but first have you seen this actually happen.

If not it could be finrot. Different water perameters.
Other factors trying to establish their own areas in the new tank. Are they of breeding size?

Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do.

i reckon this problem is a territorial(correct spelling?) issue, with time they should stop...if not then yeah could very well...be a disease! treat the tank, if that doesn't work, try seperating the angels!
I thought that angels were a schooling fish anyway? mine nip each other when they get to close to one another! bah i'm confused! hehe

Do you see them nipping each other?.
Do you see any finrot?.
The Corydoras need more friends, so after treating the Angels, get some more, please.

I've seen this happen when people get only two angels and expect them to get along. One of them is trying to establish dominance, and in so doing is making the other's life miserable. This happens with a lot of semi-agressive fish, and eventually the less-sominant one will be so stressed out due to bullying that it may die. With fish like this, you want to keep either just one or more than three so that the agression is spread among multiple individuals and it's not just one getting picked on all the time.
They are too small to be a breeding pair, and even if they do both survive to maturity, there's no telling if they will form a mating bond with each other. I'd get at least two more angels of the same size and allow them to grow up together. If a breeding pair forms, remove the others and just keep the mated ones in that tank.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

Do you know it their a pair or not?.
Angels nip at each other to establish terrirories, but nothing really serious & only a few marks are noticed.
