Not really...

Silver and black arowanas are different species of the genus Osteoglossum, and are from South America.

Jardini and Leichardti arowanas are two different species of the genus Scleropages, and are from Australia and Indonesia.

Asian arowanas are a third species of the genus Scleropages, and are the most highly sought after arowanas (and the most expensive). The wild-types are mostly green/brown/bronze, but they have been captive bred for a number of colours, including 'Red-tail gold' (RTG).

African arowanas are a single species from the genus Heterotis, and are brown, small-mouthed, and fairly different from other arowanas, although their body type is not dissimilar to jardini arowanas.

For the Asian Arowanas, there are the Green, and the Reds which come in different grades. More costly arowanas commonly found in LFSs include the Red-tail-gold, golds, blood reds, emperor reds, violet fusions etc. Those who are classified as crossbacks will cost even more, this being that they have a tendency to gain a full body of shiny scales as compared to the earlier types whose shiny scales may go as high as the fifth row from the belly.

Spoon face is the shape of the arowana's head, this shown by a concave shape in the upper part of the "skull". Can't really describe it but if you look at the logo of the arowanaclub, you will see and example of what a spoon head should look like. The link to the place is here.http://arowanaclub.com/
