Using them as a primary food can lead to constipation and other such "fun" things. I generally use a good quality betta pellet (HBH or Hikari) as a staple food and then alternate with bloodworms and a betta flake food to give them variety. And then maybe once a week, I throw in something nummy as a treat. Seems to work well and my bettas are happy. ![]() ~Meow. Thus spoke the cat.~ |

I have tried something new with my fish lately.
