I have read that brine shrimp are an easy and good source of food for fry (mollies in this case)...how old do they have to be before they can eat the brine shrimp and also...could I feed them to my adults to give them a little variety of food...

I have mollies, RTBS, zebra danios in my tank...

It's true, Baby Brine Shimp (BBS) are a very nutritious food for most fry.

To maximize the nutritional value of the BBS, they should be fed shortly after hatching, otherwise the BBS use up their yolk sack (the nutritious part) and they're value will be reduced.

BBS are quite small, and in my experience with both guppy and mbuna fry both don't have any trouble eating them from them time they are born.

Your molly fry should have no problem at all with BBS as mollies typically are some of the larger fry when born. They will probably relish them/:'
