Yes, they are compatible, but you need a big tank, especially for the Guppy fry & the Pleco, if it's a common one.

The live-bearers do prefer different water chemistry, harder and more alkaline. But they can adjust... or visa versa of if that's what your water is and the others have to adjust to that.
