2.5 Gallons is way too small for a dwarf Gourami,
they need at least 10 gallons sorry.
Perhaps you could try an ADF and a Betta

I would think so if the tank is big enough...how big is the tank you want to put them in? And of course there is always the personalities of each fish/frog to decide if it will work or not...heidi

You could possibly do a cherry barb or 2 but tetras need a school of 6 and 6 fish won't fit.

cherry barbs would be fine, 2 of them.
In my experience they are not really schooling fish and do quite well in pairs or trios

yup..cherry barbs...but no tetras...or as one suggested...stick with a betta.
