But, if you're asking about dwarf freshwater puffers, most people feed them frozen bloodworms, but live snails are an important part of their diet in order to keep their teeth from getting too long. Most people keep them in species tanks, that is, with no other fish. They seam to do pretty well with otos. They can do well singly or in groups, but it depends on your tank size.
