hello,
can I have 1 dwarf puffer in a 3 gallon tank with a azoo palm filter and flourescent and c02 and live plants and sand bottom.

i dont no bout the filter but if it works n doesnt throw to much current then yes a dwarf wood prolly love that setup

Also, I don't know what kind of CO2 system you are referring to, but I'm not sure that would be wise on a tank so small.

Heater too? There are many low light plants that do qiute well w/o CO2.
