Mia![]() Hobbyist Posts: 86 Kudos: 79 Votes: 2 Registered: 20-Mar-2005 ![]() | About a month ago I purchased 3 Weather loaches (which I think are so cute ), I feed my tank flake in the morning (8:00am), when I get home from work (6:30-7:30pm) I feed them brine shrimp and then when I turn the lights off (8:00-8:30pm) I feed them shrimp pellets. Now my question is how do I know if my weather loaches are getting enough to eat at night? Every now and then 1 or 2 of the 3 loaches come out when I feed them the brine shrimp, and the other fish go after the shrimp pellets at night. Thanks for any help Last edited by Mia at 20-Dec-2005 20:45 |

I don't really worry about mine. They'll shove the tetras aside to grab food especially frozen brine shrimp or bloodworms. They also like a few vegetables or fruits such as cucumber and bits of mango. Mostly softer or watery things along with any fish foods they can get. |

I would feed only once a day and a small mix of all those foods scattered over the tank.
