Hi,
Generally speaking, the answer is "No."

Usually, the problem with feeding live fish to other fish
is that they, the proposed food, bring diseases with them
and infect the fish that prey on them.

The classic feeders are small goldfish and guppies. When
a fish store orders "feeders" they come crowded by the
hundreds, in a bag and are dumped into a small holding tank
for you to purchase. Overcrowding, frequent deaths, and
worsening water conditions, cause disease among them.
Then you come in, have them net a dozen or so, and take
them home and dump them into your primary tank. That brings
any disease they might host along with them.

IF you are going to feed live food to your Oscars, you will
need to quarantine them for a minimum of 2 weeks in a
separate tank before placing them in your primary tank.
OR, you can tank raise them yourself and then move them
to your primary tank.

Frank
