this weekend i am taking out the convict cichlid fry and putting them in there own tank (10 gallon). i was thinking of putting some java moss in the tank with soem drift wood. i was wondering if there is anything that should be in a fry tank and what is the best way to get the fry out of the tank they are in, i was thinking sucking them up with a tube

Use a siphon and a bucket. That will do the job.

You are probably better off leaving the tank bare as it makes it easier to clean.
