5 glowlight tetras
4 albino cories
3 dwarf gouramis
1 snail
i will definatly add:
6 black neon tetras- add different colors
6 rummy nose tetras- i know more red, but i like them
2 dwarf gouramis- i saw colors that i want
6 silver tips if i can find them
are there any other types of fish i can add or should i just increase the tetras and rasboras to schools of 8-9?

I thought the glow in the dark Danios were GM fish?

I agree the dying is cruel, and I'd never buy the fish. I just thought it is worth mentioning. Never buy any kind of christmas tetra, or St. Particks Day tetras. Also, stay clear of glow-in-the-dark zebra danios, they're dyed too. Instead of dwarf gouramis, you might want to go with honey gouramis. They can be very colorful as well. They usually, come in a reddish yellow sunset color. You already have 3 dwarfs, it might be nice to get something different. Honeys are smaller, so you can have more of them. Ottos are very nice as well, and will give you contrast to the blue and red, unless, of course, you are not looking for contrast.

There is a white variety. But more often than not, they're dyed to make St. Patricks Day tertas, or other holiday fish.
Black phantoms and black skirts are both very nice as well.

5 glow light tetras
5 harlequin rasboras
4 albino cories
3 dwarf gouramis: 1 powder blue, 1 striped, 1 blue fire

You could try some Silvertip Tetras, Hasemania marginatap. It's also known as the Copper Tetra.

Actually, I think she was meaning you have an overall blue and red theme. The glow lights are red, the harles are red, the gouramis are blue and red, blue, and red!
I could suggest Threadin Rainbows, Black Neons, Pencilfish, Emperor Tetras, Boesmani Rainbows, Danios, Pearl Gourami, Bolivian Ram, etc.
You could also up the numbers of your schools:
say 12 Glowlights
10 Albino Corys
12 Harlequins
12 of your choice

Lemon Tetras and Beckford's Pencils might be a good combination. Which I already have in my Panda Fun Palace™.

Alternatively, to offset the blue and the red that's already present in your existing collection, how about hunting down something that's simply black and white? In which case the Black Neons would be a possibility.

With that kind of leeway, though, I'd be tempted to try and hunt down something a little different Tetra wise. Kitty Tetras, Hyphessobrycon loweae, for example. Or, if you can ever find them (and for that matter ever find any Google references to them, yes they're that rare!) something called the "Junior Pandurini". Which is gorgeous. I can mail you pics of the latest weird Characins if you want.

Dwarf Rainbows, Melanotaenia mccullochi, are another possibility. Leave this with me long enough and I'll probably list another 200 species for you
