this be overstocked?

i was swapping my 6 glowlight tetras for my mothers 5 H.Rasbora so they could be added to my 7 and make a bigger shoal. can't buy H. Rasbora they are to small and angel would have expensive live food. Now girlfriend likes the glowlights and wants to add them to my new setup instead of swapping them

tank 72gallon us - exturnal canister filter.

1 angel
1 RTS (redtailed black shark)
12 H. Rasbora
6 Glowlights
5 Corys
3 Ottos
1 Clown Pleco
1 Bristlenose Pleco
4 Neon Dweaf Rainbows.

i could give my mother the rainbows in exchange, not sure if they would be ok in 20g tall? otherwise i'll buy my mother more Tetras in exchange.

20g tall
1 Golden Ram
4 neons
2 Platies

just come up with another idea - i should get second hobby

anyway - im dismantaling my 40 gallon (uk) to setup my new 60 gallon uk (72us) then one day i was going to setup my 40g again for african cichlids (tang) but this is long way off as i've no money left to buy the cichlids.

so could add some fish to 40g to keep it cycled.

60g - heavily planted
1 angel
1 rts
1 clown
3 ottos (add 3 more when enough natural food)
12 H. Rasbora
6 Glowlights
5 corys (add few more later about 3)

40g - rocks mainly some grasses
4 neon dwarf rainbows (could add couple males)
1 bristlenose pleco
1 male dwarf gourami - from my 12g
2 swordtails - from fry tank

20g tall - planted lightly - + caves
1 ram
2 platies
10 neons

any other suggestions - can swap fish around tanks apart from 20g fish.

I think all the 3 might be interesting & not overstocked.
