absoluterain![]() Hobbyist Posts: 52 Kudos: 37 Votes: 0 Registered: 26-Feb-2005 ![]() | I got up this morning to the exciting astonishment of having babies/fry in my tank...though the probem is I have no clues what kind of fry they are at all...they are just so tiny and I think there are 3 or 4 of the fry in there...my tank has 2 mollies, 2 redtail sharks, 1 CAE, 5 zebra danios... Who do you think had the babies and what should I do about them...I am lost and if you cannot tell I am new to the fish keeping realm...please help... |

Do they have any colorations yet? Were you able to get them moved to a breeding net or some other location? if not will probably become a snack for the other fish. ![]() |

They are livebearers, and livebearing fish are like rabbits :%) Here is an article on how to raise livebearer fry. IMO a breeding net would be the best housing for them. As for your CAE and your sharks...
